Alameda Citywide 2007 General Plan Model (pdf; 18 pages).
This report describes the methodology and assumptions used to develop the City of
Alameda travel forecast model (Citywide Model). It was developed as a
tool for assessing the effects of the proposed Transportation Master Plan (TMP) and includes proposed transportation improvements as well as changes to street
